3.3.1P Acquire Project Team

Medium and large projects almost always require project team members. In many cases, these resources are assigned by a staffing manager or a functional manager and there is no further work required. You basically just use the people that are available and the closest fit to the needs of your project. However, on some projects you do need to know how to acquire these resources.
One of the first basic decisions you need to make is whether you will use employees, contractors or some combination of the two.
