Effectively Managing Small Projects

When projects are large, they need to be managed with formal project management discipline. But many projects are not large. This class is focused on teaching fundamental work management techniques and skills to non-project management professionals.

This class is a very large file.  For your downloading convenience, we have separated it into four downloadable components.

The project sponsor and other executives need some knowledge of formal project management as well - for two reasons. First, executives must understand the terminology and concepts that the rest of the staff is learning so that they can communicate intelligently. Second, executives must understand the role they play in ensuring that the project management processes are implemented successfully in their organizations.
