We have two license delivery options to meet your needs.

• Web - access the content from our website: All of the TenStep content can be accessed and downloaded from our website (www.TenStep.com). This is a great option if you would like to grant access to a larger organization of project managers and team members. 

• Desktop - install the content on your desktop: You can download the entire TenStep Process to your desktop using our Content Management System (CMS). This is the option that you see when you download the free 14 day trial. This option allows you to easily manipulate and charge the content, and then export the new versions to everyone else that has a desktop license. This would be a good option when you only want to grant access to specific project managers and senior team members.

There are flexible licensing options available for any company's needs. However, these varying options make it hard to easily publish the company license prices. Please answer the following questions to receive the correct license price quote.

1. Will you use the TenStep Process be used internally or externally?

• Internal use: Your company will utilize the material only within your own licensed organization. 

• External use: The option is for firms that will use the TenStep methodology on outside projects or as part of a for-profit business. This license would be appropriate for consulting firms that would like a consistent process to manage customer projects, utilizing our branded methodology.

Please note that if you are working for a consulting firm we would like to talk to you further about how we might best work with your company. We may chose to decline licensing the TenStep process to consulting companies since they could be competitors to our own TenStep offices.  

2. Will you continue to call the product by our name or use your own name instead?

• Maintain TenStep name: You can customize our process to meet the specific needs of your company, but you will continue to refer to it as the TenStep Project Management Process.

• Rebrand the process: This option allows you to modify the content in any way you like, plus it allows you to change the name of the methodology. Recognition of the original TenStep, Inc. copyright is still required, but you may replace the trademarked TenStep name. This option costs more than the previous option, but it can be very valuable to your company.
  
  Note that consulting firms (external) are generally not allowed to rebrand our content. The rebrand option is for internal use only. We can talk to you further for more details.

3. What is the size of the organization (project managers and team members) that will use the TenStep process?

Our HTML company license price is based on the size of the organization that will use the TenStep process (not just the project managers). Please include both project managers and project team members in your total organization size.

These are not concurrent users, but the total number of staff members (project managers and team members). For instance, let's say you will use the TenStep process in your IT development organization. Your IT development organization has 40 staff members (5 project managers and 35 additional team members, your total user count is 40 people. Please note that there is a 10-person minimum for internal company licenses and a 5-person minimum for external (consulting) companies.

We will provide two license prices to you. One is for access to our html content on our website. The other price will be for our content management system that can be downloaded onto your desktop.   

4. Would you like to add a license option for TenStep PB (PMBOK® Framework)?

TenStep PB contains all of the great content of the TenStep process, but integrated into the PMBOK® framework. You can request a price quote by checking the appropriate box on the form below. If you license TenStep PB, you also receive a license to our TenStep process as well. Details on this product are available at www.TenStepPB.com.

5. Would you like to install TenStep or TenStep PB on your own Intranet as the foundation for a project management portal?
