TenStep license prices are very reasonable and vary depending on the size of the organization. We have a traditional company license option where you pay a one-time standard fee. We also have a new license option called Methodology as a Service (MaaS).

This MaaS concept is similar to Software as a Service (SaaS), which is becoming more and more popular as a licensing option for companies. With MaaS, you pay a small monthly fee to have licensed access to our TenStep content. You use the TenStep process and download the content as needed. Your license to utilize the TenStep Process continues as long as you make pay the small monthly license fee. Your license is terminated when you stop the monthly payments.

For example: Let's say you have an organization of 100 people (project managers and team members). The price for a traditional license is $6500 (total), and an optional renewal fee of $875 (15%) per year.

The MaaS option would be $2.70 per user per month. In other words you would pay just $270 per month to cover all 100 people in your organization. You would pay the monthly fee as long as you wished to have the methodology license

Budgets Tight? Look at the Advantages of Methodology as a Service (MaaS)

• No up-front license fee. You pay the same small license fee each month. When budgets are tight, this option allows you to afford to license the product.

• Easier to afford in the first year. Many organizations do not have money in their budget for methodology licenses. You need to find the funds in the first year. With MaaS, you do not need to worry about the up-front license fee. In the prior example, for instance, let's assume you purchased the MaaS license half-way through your fiscal year. You would need to pay $270 per month for six months - only $1620. In the traditional pricing model you would pay the full $6500.

• Use expense budget. In many organizations, the monthly methodology fees can be easily expensed.

• Lower authorization level. Many managers are able to approve the lower monthly license fees, whereas they may not be able to approve the funding for the traditional up-front license fee.

• No long-term commitment. If your priorities change, you can stop paying the monthly fee at any time and terminate the TenStep license at that time.
