TenStep Announces Release of PortfolioStep 3.0

ATLANTA (August 1, 2007) – TenStep, Inc., a methodology development, consulting and training company founded by industry veteran Tom Mochal, announced the release of PortfolioStep 3.0. This is TenStep's internal deployment model for setting up and running portfolios of work.

“The PortfolioStep framework is comprehensive and unique, especially in the way that it defines the annual business planning process where companies determine what work is going to be authorized for the following year,” said Tom Mochal. “We also have unique concepts about the work that is managed in the portfolio as well as how to balance your portfolio of work to the optimum benefit of your company.”

PortfolioStep is one of a wide range of products and services offered by TenStep. To service the worldwide marketplace, TenStep, Inc. continues to build a worldwide network of offices that translate the TenStep methodology products and support the local marketplace in their native language, as well as English. TenStep is actively looking for partnering opportunities with other companies and entrepreneurs to start a TenStep business in their local marketplace.

Mochal added “We want to recognize Max Wideman for his lead contribution to this new release. Max (www.MaxWideman.com) added a number of new concepts, and also aligned PortfolioStep with the new portfolio management standard from PMI. He has helped to make our product much more comprehensive and broader than the PMI Standard.”
