Griffiths started his career with Australia’s major sugar refiner – Colonial Sugar Refining Co. – training as a mechanical engineer (in heavy sugar crushing and refining).  Equipped with the logic of that profession, he soon moved out into sales and marketing, with subsequent progression into senior management roles in the corporate world, working for internationally recognized leaders in their field, such as Dynapac, Coates Hire Service and the Tractor & Equipment Division of Ford Motor Co.  His management style has always been one of support for all staff members, training and mentoring them in their delegated areas of responsibility.

Raja Noor's career experiences prior to setting up TenStep Malaysia are largely in IT, starting as a Systems Analyst, going on to General Manager of IT in companies of various industries such as Malaysia Airlines, Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad, Bank Industri, IndahWater Konsortium and MIMOS Berhad.

She joined MIMOS Berhad, a Government-funded organization focusing on Research and Development in IT, in May 1997 as the General Manager of Information Systems Management, moving on to the positions of Director of Product Development in 2001 and Vice President of Product Development in 2002. With the restructuring of MIMOS into an R&D organisation in 2003 she was made responsible for the technology focus area of  Pervasive Computing.
